How reviews work here
The score is the simple average of published ratings for the selected product, rounded to one decimal. The overall view combines reviews of individual parts and the complete system; it is a count of reviews, not unique customers. A person can review different parts, but only once per product.
Website submissions require email confirmation and moderation. Reviews received separately can be added by the team with the author’s permission and are labelled as shared with permission. The author can ask us not to store an email address with a manual review. Reviews are welcome whether you bought the guides, received them as a gift or used a review copy. Published ratings count equally, regardless of how the guides were obtained.
We check relevance, genuine experience, duplicate submissions, abuse and private information. Critical feedback follows the same rules as praise; a low score is not a reason to withhold it. We do not publish invented reviews or internal role-play results as customer experiences. No reward depends on a positive rating.
